Payouts and fees
How customers pay you, the fees on your sales, and how and when you get paid out.
What fee does xquare take from my sales?
xquare takes a commission on each payment a customer makes to you. If a customer pays a deposit and later the remainder, each of the two payments counts on its own. The commission comes out of the payment before your share is recorded to your wallet, and it is never more than the payment itself. It is the only fee xquare takes on a sale: customers pay no extra service fee at checkout. How the commission is worked out is on www.xquare.net/pricing. To check a sale, look at its line in your wallet transactions; if something there looks wrong, email [email protected] with the order number.
When do I get paid?
Every sale is recorded to your XQUARE wallet in Rupiah. Payouts to your own bank account are opening in stages and are not being sent yet, so your balance stays in your wallet until they open. If you have a question about your balance, email [email protected].
Is there a minimum balance before I get paid?
Not yet: no payouts are being sent at the moment, whatever your balance (see "When do I get paid?"). This page will be updated when payouts open.
Can I withdraw my balance right now instead of waiting?
Not yet. While payouts are opening, a withdrawal request is refused with "Withdrawals are not yet enabled". If you have an urgent need, email [email protected] with your store name and the amount.
How do I add or change the bank account I get paid into?
Open Bank details in the vendor portal. You can save up to 3 accounts and mark one as primary; once payouts open, they go to the primary one. If you delete your primary account, choose a new primary straight away or payouts cannot be sent.
Where can I see my balance and past payouts?
In the vendor portal, Wallet shows your balance and transactions, and Payouts shows your balance, your primary bank, your payout history and recent activity, including what your affiliates earned. Opening Payouts needs a role that is allowed to manage payouts; opening Wallet needs a role that is allowed to view the wallet.
Why hasn't my payout arrived?
Payouts to bank accounts are not being sent yet (see "When do I get paid?"). If you were told to expect one, email [email protected] with your store name, the amount and the date you expected it.
How do customers pay me?
Customers pay on our payment partner's secure page, and once a payment is confirmed your share is recorded to your wallet in Rupiah after the platform commission (and any affiliate commission, if the sale came through an affiliate link).
Does xquare hold my ad budget or top up ad spend?
No. xquare does not hold, top up or pass through money for ad spend, and there is no ads wallet. Ad spend is paid to the ad platform with your own payment method. xquare bills only for software, AI and marketplace fees. For anything else about ads, email [email protected].
